Mitchell J. Williams is a native South Carolinian from Anderson, SC.

Mitch represents injured victims in automobile accident, products liability, premises liability, and civil liability cases.

He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina, the District Court of South Carolina, and the U.S. District Court.

After graduating from Clemson University, he received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina.

He is a member of the Richland County Bar Association and the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association. His affiliations include the South Carolina Association for Justice, Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers Compensation, American Association for Justice, and the American Bar Association.

Mitch volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America at both the Troop and Council levels. He previously served as Scoutmaster of Troop 224 in Blythewood for 5 ½ years. He is the current Mock Trial Advisor to Spring Valley High School.

He enjoys backpacking, boating, and travel to outdoor destinations.

He is a current member of Trinity United Methodist Church, where he sings in the Chancel Choir and is involved in their mission, community, and religious activities.

Mitch is married with two children, several dogs, and a cat.


Michael S. Swindell

Michael S. Swindell focuses on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security cases.

He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina.

He completed his undergraduate work and earned his J.D. at the University of South Carolina. Mr. Swindell also served in the U.S. Army from 1981 to 1998, earning the rank of Captain.

He is a current member of the South Carolina Bar, the South Carolina Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of South Carolina Claimant Attorneys for Workers’ Compensation.

He serves on a number of boards for his profession and community.  He is the Secretary of the Board of Directors of the South Carolina Worker’s Compensation Education Association.  He is also a board member for the Mizpah Foundation and the Chapin High School Booster Club. He serves on the Board of Directors at Kid’s Chance of South Carolina.


Steven D. Haymond

Steven D. Haymond focuses on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability cases.

He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina, the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth District.

Born in Marion, SC, he went on to receive his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and graduated from the University of South Carolina with his J.D.


Edwin L. Turnage

Edwin L. Turnage is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina, the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina, and U.S. District Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

He received both his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of South Carolina.

He is a current member of the South Carolina Bar and the American Bar Association.

He was born in Monterey, California, and served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve.


Robert F. McMahan, Jr.

Robert F. McMahan’s practice areas include representing injured persons in personal injury, products liability, medical negligence, and insurance bad faith cases.  He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina, the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and U.S. Claims Court. He is a current member of the South Carolina Bar, American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. He is a certified circuit court mediator and arbitrator.

Robert McMahan was featured in 2014’s “Top Verdicts & Settlements” published in South Carolina Lawyers Weekly after a successful settlement against Nationwide.

He received his undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College, cum. Laude, while serving as prosecutor for the Honor Council and received his J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law where he was on the moot court team and served as Honor Council Chairman.

Born in Kingston, NY, he grew up in Florence, SC and served in the U.S Navy as an Aviation Electrician’s Mate, Petty Officer Second Class working as a flight-deck troubleshooter on the aircraft carriers, America, Nimitz and Independence.

He spent many years coaching church league basketball and youth league soccer.  In his spare time he enjoys boating, fishing and hiking. He is single and has one son.


S. Hampton Eadon, III

Hampton Eadon’s practice areas include representing injured people against insurance companies in all types of personal injury cases including automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, premises liability and various other torts. He is licensed to practice law in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina.

Born in Columbia, SC, where he attended Dutch Fork High School, he received his undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College cum laude. At Presbyterian College, he played varsity football and was elected as a permanent captain by his teammates. He received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina. After law school, he served a one-year judicial clerkship under South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Kenneth G. Goode in Winnsboro, SC.

He is a current member of the South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Associates for Justice, North Carolina Associates for Justice and the American Bar Association.
