South Carolina to Ban Texting to Avoid Accidents
Men’s Health Magazine has recently released a list ranking of America’s most dangerous cities in which to drive. A lot of factors went into the ranking from the percentage of fatal car accidents, to the amount of driving deaths that involved alcohol, to the rate of seal belt use. It also accounted for speeding violations, hit-and-runs, and other traffic infringements. Nestled snuggly in the top ten of the most dangerous cities in which to drive is Columbia, South Carolina.
