Caregiver Charged in Rock Hill Nursing Home Death
An 82-year-old resident of Rock Hill’s Oak Bridge Terrace Assisted Living Facility was found dead on Sunday, Nov. 13. Pauline Cook, of Gaston County, had moved into the Park Point Village Assisted Living Community, along Chesbrough Boulevard, eleven years ago. She was active and enjoyed visiting with her family and playing bingo. Investigators said she was found in the shower that morning, where it first appeared she has fallen.
